With reference to the latter letter from this department of the 27th ult., I am directed by the Secretary of State for War to acquaint you that Corporal Driver, Army Medical Staff, has been found temporarily unfit for the appointment of Ward Master in the Kennedy Town Hospital at Hong Kong.

I am to submit the name of Corporal J.D. Mould, who fulfils all the conditions, for the appointment in his stead.

The accompanying documents are forwarded with the request that they may be returned when done with.
